Achievements

• On 1st March 2007 for the first time in JESID's history the cultural fest "KARAVAAN - A Mesmerizing Journey" was organized in the heart of the city at "SHAHEED SMARAK BHAWAN" and that too sponsored by CHHATTISGARH TOURISM.

• On 20th of August 2006 PRE MBA was conducted successfully with two new destinations via. RAIGARH & NAGPUR adding to our achievements across cities.

• On 29th of March 2006 our cultural fiesta "FANNA" yet another successful page added to the glory of club.

• On 31st of July 2005 for the 9th time PRE MBA was organized in association with PRO-C. Recorded highest presence of 2400 students.

• On 7th of May 2005,for the 10th time in arrow JESID has organized its popular Cultural Event in association with PRO-C, RELIANCE WEB WORLD, HARIBHOOMI.

• On 2nd of Aug 2004 for the 9th time in arrow JESID has organized its popular Cultural Event in association with IMS Learning Center.

• On 26th of April 2003 for the 8th time in arrow JESID has organized its popular Cultural Event in association with PROFESSIONAL TUTIORALS and RAYMONDS.

• On 29th of April 2002 for the 7th time in arrow JESID has organized its popular Cultural Event in association with SOURABH TUTORIALS and CYBERNET SYSTEMS.

• On 28th of April 2001 JESID very successfully organized InterCollegiate Mega Dance and Antakshari Competition sponsored by NOBYL LAB and JINDAL ISPAT highlights were computer aided projector and 20000 watts of pulsating music.

• We have been organizing PRE MBA test on the Chhattisgarh level since last 8 yrs i.e. 1997, 98, 99, 2000, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 with 06 NAT-CAT on the National Level with tremendous success. Our goal being the individual development of every student aspiring for MBA degree. The toppers of 2001 and 2002 PRE MBA had got calls from the IIMs. This reflects the depth of our comprehensive test.

• Our PRE MBA test has enticed a lot of people who wanted to associate with this premiere educational activity. Last year IMS learning resources and the year before PENTASOFT have given sponsorships for the conduction of this program.

• We organized CARNIVAL 98 under the aegis of BAJAJ AUTO LIMITED to promote cultural and social development of individuals. Bajaj projected its new model CLASSIC SL at this CARNIVAL.

• We conducted a Grand Fashion Show in 1996 with a great response from the whole Chhattisgarh region, as it was the first of its kind at that level.

• Established in 1992 with the sole purpose of upliftment of student’s involvement in Extra Curricular Activities such as art , cultural & social work etc.
